To book your training course we require 20%*
*non-refundable booking fee via bank transfer or paypal as soon as possible to guarantee your space. Your space is only guaranteed once the payment has been completed.

Booking Terms and Conditions 1. Interpretation 1.1. In these terms and conditions “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to VELVET AESTHETICS ACADEMY LIMITED (Co No 12491417, registered office address at 57 Ely Street
CV37 6LN Academy address: Unit 6-7 Freer Street CV11 4PR, Nuneaton,
England) and “you” and “your” refers to the person purchasing a training course.
2. Booking your training course
2.1. You can only book our training courses in your business capacity. We do not offer our training courses to consumers.
2.2. You book our training course by submitting the form, than if our team will accept your application in order to secure your booking we will require you to pay a non-refundable booking fee of 20% of your training course price via bank transfer.
2.3. We reserve the right to decline admission to any of our training courses.
2.4. We reserve the right to cancel or change planned training courses in terms of dates, locations, and course content. We will notify at least 24 hours in advance of any planning changes and offer an alternative date.
2.5. In any event, we accept no liability for any loss of earnings or expenses incurred by you or any models.
2.6. Paying for your training course: (a) Payment in full – you are required to pay the rest of the balance of your course prior to attending your training course (avaialble option buy now pay later with Klarna https://velvet-aesthetics.co.uk/klarna/ ) An order confirmation confirming your place will be sent within 72 hours of payment being received in full. Please send proof of payment. 3.2.2 Payment scheme – you are required to pay booking fee of 20% of your course in order to secure your place. An order confirmation confirming your place will be sent within 24 hours of us receiving your booking fee payment. We will then contact you to arrange your future payment dates. 3.3 Your course balance must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to the course start date. It is the delegate’s responsibility to ensure that the balance is paid in full at least 2 weeks before the course date. Failure to do so may result in your course place being cancelled, re-listed for sale and any payment already made may be forfeited in line with our cancellation procedure.
3. Cancelling your training course booking
3.1. All cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org , booking fee of 20% is non refundable and will be not refunded to customer/student.
3.2. Cancellations more than 6 weeks before your course date– please contact us to obtain a refund – if you paid up front full price of your course (20% booking fee is non refundable).
3.3. Cancellations between 4 and 6 weeks before your course date– there is a 40% charge (inc. 20% booking fee payment) of the course fees must be paid and if paid it will not be refunded. 3.4. Cancelling 3 weeks (21 calendar days) before your course date – 50% (inc. 20% booking fee payment) of the course fees must be paid and if paid it will not be refunded.
3.5. Cancelling 2 weeks or less (14 calendar days or less) before your course date – 100% (inc. 20% booking fee payment) of the course fees must be paid and if paid it will not be refunded.
3.6. We do not offer refunds for courses that we need to cancel due to events outside our reasonable control that include but are not limited to floods, earthquakes or other natural disasters, for which no one can be held responsible, weather-related issues such as snow, ice, floods etc. We are not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of this cancelled course.
3.7. We will make all reasonable effort to replace a cancelled course by arranging an alternative date but this cannot be guaranteed. Where the majority of customers for that course have been affected, this will be made free of additional charge.
4. Amending your training course booking 4.1. All requests to change course date must be made in writing to email@example.com and will incur a 20% admin charge. 4.2. We cannot guarantee you a place on your chosen alternative course date. If a place cannot be provided on your preferred date, you will be offered a refund in line with clause 3. 4.3. Changing course date rearrangement fees: (a) changing date between 2-3 working weeks (15 – 21 calendar days) before your original training course date – there is extra 30% charge for changing date plus 20% booking fee you paid during registration (b) changing date within 1-2 weeks (7-14 calendar days) of course date – there is 50% charge plus 20% booking fee you paid during registration; (c) changing date within less than 6 days – 100% course fee inc. 20% booking fee.

6. Data Protection
6.2. Your details will not be transferred to any third party without your written consent.
7.1. We takes pride in the quality of its service and as such will try to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible. Complaints should be made in writing by emailing. email@example.com. Complaints received in writing will be acknowledged by return email or letter within one week of receipt.
8. Liability Under no circumstances we or trainer/trainers be liable or responsible for any loss or damages including loss of profits, loss of business or any indirect or consequential loss arising as a result of any reliance or purported reliance on the techniques shown/information given after the course. We exclude any liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
